Frustration

I have a phone...like most of the world.  It's an HTC Inspire.  It looks like this:

Prior to owning this phone I had an iPhone 3G.  I loved my iPhone but I realized it would be cheaper to have a DROID.  My family all had HTC's and they had no problems with them so I figured what the heck.  When I first got my phone last July I loved it.  It did everything my iPhone did and faster!  It was great!

Then I started dating Aaron and he was impressed that I had a Droid and not an iPhone but not so impressed that I had an HTC.  I don't know much about phones but I had not had a problem with my phone and I kinda loved it so it was whatever.

Then it started rebooting itself.  Not cool!

It would also turn itself off but not back on and I would have to take the battery completely out and turn it back on.  Not cool!

So I called AT&T warranty and since I had not had the phone for more than a year they sent me a replacement device.  Super!  Until the new device started rebooting itself.

AT&T has this super cool thing where you can chat with someone and not have to sit on the phone for hours.  Including today I have utilized this chat 5 times.

I have done about 4 factory data resets on my phone.  I've formatted my SD Card twice.  I've created a new google account.  All of these things I've done and have been assured that it would be fixed.  It's not fixed.

Aaron keeps telling me that he thinks it's my OS and they should push through an upgrade from gingerbread to ice cream sandwich (and yes I know what these things mean).  They have not done that yet.

I really needed to rant about all of that.  Here's my warning:  Stay away from HTC!
